“BlueLife” means BlueLife TechnoSciences India Private Limited “Company” means BlueLife TechnoSciences India Private Limited "Customer" means and includes User / Buyer / Purchaser/ You (the person or entity) who accepts the offer for sale, through BlueLife TechnoSciences India Private Limited by placing an order on the website https://www.bluelife.co.in.

We offer you a query-less Return Policy, to provide you with a hassle free online shopping experience, when you choose to make full payment on https://www.bluelife.co.in . If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it, in its original condition and packing for the refund.

What is the allowable time period to return the product?

You can return the product purchased on https://www.bluelife.co.in within seven days from the date of receipt of the product or within 30 days from the date of purchase, whichever is lesser.

When will I get my refund?

Once the product has been collected and received by BlueLife, we will initiate the refund process. The refund is made to the same bank account/ credit card/ debit card which are used to pay for the purchase. Please note that none of the refunds are made by cheque or cash.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order before the shipment?

You can cancel the order before the ordered product is shipped by submitting the duly filled form for cancellation with your Order Id and Product details. Upon receiving your Cancellation Request we will be initiating the refund process. The refund is made to the same bank account/ credit card/ debit card which were used to pay for your purchase. Please note that none of the refunds are made by cheque or cash.

What can I return?

You may request returns for the product(s) you buy from https://www.bluelife.co.in except those that are clearly identified and mentioned as not returnable.

How will I get my refund?

Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are refunded within 7 to 15 days on receipt of the product at BlueLife warehouse.

When I chose to pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), how will I get the refund?

If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. BlueLife team will contact you for your bank account details. It takes 7-10 days for the money to get reflected in your bank account.

What are all details BlueLife require to process NEFT refund?

If you agreed for NEFT refund, BlueLife customer care will get in touch with you for necessary details. To initiate NEFT refund, we require Account holder’s name, Account number, IFSC code and beneficiary bank branch.

What are those products not eligible for Returns & Replacement?

Consumable items like Water Purifier Cartridges, Reverse Osmosis Membranes, Ultraviolet (UV) lamps and products priced below Indian rupees five hundred are not eligible for Returns & Replacement.

Replacement policy (in case of the product delivered with manufacturing defect only)

Towards utmost customer satisfaction, we have set policies for quick replacements those will help our customers to get the best product for their investment made on the Brand BlueLife.

Warranty

BlueLife standard warranty policy is applicable. If the product found with manufacturing defect during its working the Company/ Dealer/ Service Provider will repair or replace the defective part or product within 12 months from the date of original purchase.

Delivery

The Company shall deliver the Products within 45 days from purchase of Product from the date of receipt of confirmed order. The Product(s) will be dispatched to the address mentioned in the order form. In case the Company fails to deliver the Product within 45 days from the date of confirmed order, will initiate 100% refund. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer (You) reasons like mentioning wrong name or address etc., if any extra cost incurred to redeliver the product shall be claimed from the customer when placing the order for redelivery.
The Company shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the Product due to any Force Majeure events or factors beyond our control.

Replacement policy (in case of the product delivered with manufacturing defect only)

Force Majeure Events

The Company shall not be liable or held responsible for any delays or losses related to Products that arise directly or indirectly from Acts of God, severe weather conditions including but not limited to flood, heavy rain alerts, labor disputes, governmental actions, war, riots, epidemics, pandemics, Lockdown like Covide-19 situations or other circumstances or causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

Limited Liability

Except for manufacturing defects, in none other event the Company shall be liable to the customer or any other person for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including any loss of property, personal injury, death, by use or operation of this product. None of the claims shall be entertained by the Company for any loss arising out of damage or shortage of Products.

Modifications

The Company reserves the right to change, alter or modify the technical specifications of the products as well as aesthetics of the products manufactured from time to time. Specifications mentioned are at test conditions. Any such revised specifications, terms and conditions will be updated on https://www.bluelife.co.in

Jurisdiction

This terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute arising out or pertaining hereto.
