You can return the product purchased on https://www.bluelife.co.in within seven days from the date of receipt of the product.
You may request returns for the product(s) you buy from https://www.bluelife.co.in except those that are clearly identified and mentioned as not returnable.
Consumable items like Water Purifier Cartridges, Reverse Osmosis Membranes, Ultraviolet (UV) lamps and products priced below Indian rupees five hundred, and used products are not eligible for Returns & Replacement.
Refund Policy:
BlueLife warrants all new products manufactured and sold under brand name “BlueLife” either “online” or “off-line” are to be free from defects in material and workmanship (manufacturing defects)
BlueLife provides warranty for its manufactured products as per warranty conditions (warranty card) placed along with products.
Product once sold and installed/used cannot be returned/ refunded.
When you order a product online, delivery will be done within 30 days of receipt of full payment made (through online payment gateway) on bluelife.co.in
There may be instances when you need to cancel the order. You may cancel your order before your product has shipped. No cancellation request will be processed after your product has shipped.
To cancel an order (full payment made through online payment gateway) on bluelife.co.in, purchaser has to call our customer care department or e-Mail it to sales@bluelife.co.in (before it is shipped) to initiate cancellation/refund with transaction details
BlueLife will refund to you the entire cost within 30 days from the date of receipt of returned product physically at BlueLife. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note we will not be able to return the same by cheque or cash
