The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for the implementation of BlueLife’smarketing strategy, and managing enquiries from distributors and end users. This position also plans and executes promotionalactivities related to all marketing programs. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator works directly with BlueLife’s sales and marketing staff to provide support with any general sales-related administrativetasks.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing

  • Implements strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products andservices.
  • Contributes to the development and executes marketing programs to achieve statedobjectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Assists with the development and management of the marketing budget.
  • Plans and executes promotional activities including print, electronic media, tradeshow, anddirect mail.
  • Coordinates the development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateralmaterials to support marketing and sales programs.
  • Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
  • Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs.
  • Establishes and ensures consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotionalmaterials, websites, and events.
  • Customer account creation and updating
  • Assist in production of sales and marketing literature and maintain literature store.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Communication and Research

  • Responsible for developing and delivering effective internal and external communicationtools.
  • Preparing market updates from time to time.
  • Assists with communication to customers and internal communication to BlueLife staff.
  • Prepares draft reports, background documentation, and research.


  • Develops and maintains MIS Reports, daily, monthly sales reports and other reports as required.
  • Plans, promotes, and executes sales meetings.
  • Provides direct administrative and office management support to the CEO, Marketing & Service and Marketing Manager.
  • Prepares travel schedules, books travel arrangements, and makes reservations for salesrelatedtravel of BlueLife staff nationally and internationally.
  • Assists with the development and preparation of presentations.
  • Takes minutes during conference calls and meetings.
Required Knowledge, Skill & Abilities
  • Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks withminimal supervision are essential.
  • Ability to work independently is imperative.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team player and capable of thinking outside the box.
  • Detail oriented and able to accurately proofread marketing materials.
  • Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
  • Ability to make sound, timely, and accurate judgment while supporting reasoning fordecisions.
  • Excellent writing skills including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Professional, responsive, and a positive work attitude.
  • Resourceful, flexible, and well organized.
  • Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases.
  • Strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Knowledge about Digital Marketing, experience in graphic design programs and Sales force would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of export compliance and logistics an advantage but not a specific requirement
Education and Experience
  • MBA Marketing & Finance
  • 1 to 3 years related experience required.
  • Experience in coordinating projects, developing project plans and completing projects on timeand on budget.
  • Retail/ Consumer Goods background preferred
