Duties & Responsibilities
  • Legal Agreements with clients, partners & experts
  • Client Management
  • Invoicing & Payment handling
  • Recruitment and Selection Process
  • On boarding and New Hire Induction
  • Administration of the Performance Management System
  • Annual Compensation Review Cycle (Annual Increment , Bonus, Incentive and Variable Compensation)
  • Maintaining Employee Records
  • Implementation of Various HR Policies and their updation
  • Payroll & Benefits
  • Admin
  • Employee Engagement and Welfare Activities
  • Key and Critical Talent Management and Succession Planning
  • Attendance, Leave Admin, Employee Exit Formalities
  • Grievance Handling
  • Statutory Compliance to various laws
  • Housekeeping & Facilities Management
  • Travel and Office Procurement

Qualification & Experience
