Reports to : Regional Manager / Asst. Manager National Sales
Purpose of Role
Driving profitable revenue in the state by generating sale of BlueLife Digital RO Water Purifiers in different variants.
Key Responsibilities
The job-holder is responsible for appointing dealers/distributors from suitable and sustainable business model and support them to achieve monthly targeted business, delivering the assigned KRAs (Key Result Area) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) by delivering the following:
Business Target
  • Achieve earmarked business target for the designated territory.
  • Maintain a repository of business pipeline in the designated territory with complete information.
Sales Team
  • Train identified dealers/distributors for selling and maintaining the product.
  • Coordinate with other functional departments for rendering committed service standards.
Sales Administration
  • Market research and portfolio build up in the designated territory.
  • Ensure timely submission of business operation reports and any other report as asked for.
  • Ensuring high quality and maintaining integrity of all submitted reports.
  • Driving the team towards achieving monthly/quarterly/annually targets
  • Updating competitor?s activity with the reporting authority and company as well.
  • Proactively and seriously address any ethics violations in the team with a no-excuses approach.

Qualifications
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate, preferably MBA in marketing, as full time.
Skills & work experience
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in water purifier industry
  • Candidate must have minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the location for which the position is examined
  • Willing to travel
  • Extensive business knowledge of dealerships/distributorships
  • Extensive knowledge of designated territory with respect to existing business potential and details thereof
  • Proven ability to execute business targets
  • Track record of delivering stretching business goals in a challenging business environment
  • Command on official communication language i.e. English (oral, written, presentation) and proficiency in regional language for the region of posting.

  • Business relationship management and analytical skills
